Professional Background
Brian is a Co-Founder and Principal of Monarch Realty Partners. Brian’s focus is Chicagoland multifamily assets where he has brokered $300,000,000 of transactions in recent years. Prior to brokerage, Brian worked for retail and multifamily development firms. With a keen understanding of market trends, deal economics and negotiation, investors rely on Brian’s experience and guidance to achieve their real estate goals.
Brian is a board member and currently the fund-raising chair of Rogers Park Builders Group (RPBG).
He and his wife, Brooke, live in Glencoe with their daughters, Leah and Grace.
