Chicago, IL – Monarch Realty Partners, a leading Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, has negotiated the sale of a 33-unit mixed-use building in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood. The property, located at 5636 W Division, consisted of 26 apartments and 7 commercial spaces.
