Monarch Realty Partners brokers sale of 15-unit apartment building in Chicago’s Chicago Lawn neighborhood

Chicago, IL – Monarch Realty Partners, a leading Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, has brokered the sale of a mixed-use building in Chicago’s far south Chicago Lawn neighborhood. The property, located at 2537 W 63rd St is a 15 unit building with two commercial spaces.

Monarch Principal Robert Berman negotiated the deal on behalf of the long-term local owner.

“We were able to procure an out-of-state buyer who was attracted to the asset due to its favorable mix of two and three bedroom units. The deal was closed exactly 60 days after going into contract,” said Berman.
