Monarch Realty Partners brokers $3.95 million across three multifamily property sales on Chicago’s south side

Chicago, IL – Monarch Realty Partners, a leading Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, has negotiated the sale of three multifamily properties consisting of 88 units.

The buildings, located on Chicago’s south side at 8003 S Ingleside Ave [Chatham], 7503 S Yates Blvd [South Shore], and 7900 S Essex Ave [South Shore], sold for $3.95 million.

Monarch Senior Director Robert Berman and Rudy Hancock facilitated the transactions. “We continue to see significant investor interest throughout the south side of Chicago both from local and out-of-state buyers, as was the case with these transactions”, said Berman.
