Chicago, IL – Monarch Realty Partners, a leading Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, has negotiated the sale of three multifamily properties consisting of 93 units.

The buildings, located on Chicago’s south side at 8359 S Aberdeen St [Auburn Gresham], 618 E 79th St [Chatham], and 735 W Garfield Blvd [Englewood], sold for $2.38 million.

Monarch Senior Director Robert Berman and Rudy Hancock facilitated the transactions, on behalf of the private owners.
