Chicago, IL – Monarch Realty Partners, a leading Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, has negotiated the $2.375 million sale of a 38-unit apartment building in Cicero. The property, located at 1930 S Cicero Ave, consists of one and two bedroom units, many of which had undergone significant capital improvements.

Monarch Senior Director Robert Berman and Principal Michael Anguiano represented the seller, a private out of state investor.
