Professional Background
Daniel Shabsin is an Analyst at Monarch Realty Partners. Daniel is involved
in researching and analyzing multifamily investment properties and
providing detailed sale analyses for clients. Prior to joining Monarch,
Daniel was involved in many clubs and groups at The University of Kansas,
where he studied Spanish and Communication Studies. While in college,
he worked as a Spanish tutor and also as a camp counselor at a
competitive sports camp in North Carolina.
Daniel lives in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Outside of work,
Daniel enjoys playing and watching sports, playing cards, and enjoying
time by the lake.
Education
The University of Kansas, Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish.
