Job Description

 

Monarch is seeking Investment Sales Brokers to join our growing business. There are opportunities for experienced as well as entry level real estate brokers interested in a career in commercial real estate. All candidates should be inquisitive, resourceful, and team oriented. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are crucial to success.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Amassing knowledge on a specific market or neighborhood for multifamily sales
  • Prospecting and developing new client relationships
  • Valuing investment properties
  • Presenting marketing proposals to clients
  • Negotiating exclusive listing agreements
  • Marketing listed properties to clients and prospects
  • Conducting property tours
  • Negotiating offers
  • Overseeing escrow process

 

Experience & Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-plus years of full time work experience
  • An Illinois Real Estate Sales License is required
  • Understanding of basic economics and financial analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Passion for the real estate industry

Compensation

 

  • 100% commission-based sales position
